There are a few institutes in Israel that offer long and short terms training programs, among them you can find a few that specialize in agriculture sciences: The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, The Golda Meir Training Center, GIMI - Galilee International Management Institute, The TAITC - The Arava International Trainee Center and The Arava Institute.

Each of those institutes offer a different program so i advise you to contact them directly to see which program is the best one for you.
