Hello Moses,

Currently in Israel there are 3 universities and schools that offer a B.Sc. degree: The Technion, The Tel Aviv University and The ORT Braude College.

All schools demand the candidates to present a standardized test (SAT/ ACT/ AST / Gau Kao), with SAT scores of 1400 or higher (or the equivalent in any of the other tests I've mentioned).
Students that are not native in English must take an English proficiency test like TOEFL with a score of 580 or above.
