There are a few institutes in Israel that offer special master programs in agriculture for international students (students from all over the world including India) among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Weizmann Institute of Science and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Each institute present different admission so you need to apply each institute by itself.

Each institute have different scholarships to offer international students based on the countrey they came from and their financial situation so i advise you to contact them directly to get all the information you need.
