Each University or institute in Israel that offer a track for international students also offer different scholarships.
Because you haven't told me where and what you are about to study i can advise you to contact the university itself to get the list of scholarships they can offer you.
In addition there are scholarships that are given away by the ministry of foreign affairs that can fit you so all you have to do is go on their website and fill out the application.
