Thank you very much for the quick response.I am writing from India and my nationality is Tibetan born in India.I am teaching for the adults who are escaped from Tibet.Most of them have the basic as they go to some schools and then come to our Institution.I have my degree certificate plus bachelor of Education.My main aim is to improve my teaching strategy and methods.So please provide me some information.
