The Hebrew University is offering a one year master program in Jewish studies for international students.
You did not mention if you have any academic background so it's a bit hard for me to know if you can fit this program but i do think it's the best one for you because it covers all your wants and needs as you described them.

I advise you to contact the Hebrew University directly to get more information about the different options they can offer you even if you don't have the academic background for this specific course.

Thank you for replying back! I have tried applying in the Hebrew University for the Ancient Biblical studies course, I was rejected for this year for reasons they did not clearly state. Is there any other University which offers courses such as the one I mentioned? If there is, is it possible to apply onine?

As far as i know only the Hebrew University offer this program so i advise you to contact them to find out what was the problem with your application and why they rejected you and maybe than you can try again and get into the program.
