The Tel Aviv University offer special MBA and EMBA programs for international students that present an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 80 or higher, present two letters of recommendation and pass an English proficiency test like IELTS.
I'm not sure if the program is still open for candidates to apply because usually the universities close the registration in June or July but i advise you to contact the Tel Aviv University directly to see if they can accept your application.
