I want to take Hebrew courses and stay in Israel for up o to a year, to prepare myself for further studies.

Also, Is there a duel degree MA in business and psychology, or similar that is offered
in English

Hello Olga,

There are a few institutes in Israel that offer special courses for international students that wants to study Hebrew, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Tel Aviv University, IDC Herzliya, The Hebrew University and more.
Each school and institute offer a different program so i advise you to contact some of them and get more information about each program so you can find the best one for you.
To help you narrow down your options iv'e attached a link at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different programs and different schools that offer them.

Regrading the MA program you were asking abut. As far as i know there is no M.A program in business and psychology in English but if you're going to study Hebrew you could enroll to the Hebrew speaking courses in a year or so.
