You've reached a study forum for Students from Israel and for international students that does not work with any specific institute or school.
There are a few Universities in Israel that offer exchange programs for international students but it depends mostly on the university in which you are studying now.
I advise you to contact your university first so they could give you the list of institutes that they work with and when you have that list you should contact the institutes in Israel to get all the information you need about the forms and documents you need to issue.
