There are a few schools and institutes in Israel that offer special programs for international students: The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University, The Hebrew University, The Bar Ilan University and more.
Each one of them accept international students from all around the world (and from Africa among other countries).

I pursued BSc. Horticulture at Lilongwe University Of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), Bunda Campus, in 2013. Then I went ahead and did a Certificate in Agriculture at Keiffer Silver under Agrostudies in Israel (2014).

I am very much interested to pursue MSc. in any of these:
Horticulture, Biotechnology, Genetics, Crop science or crop protection.

There are a few institutes in Israel that offer M.Sc programs for international students in agriculture sciences, among them: The Weizmann Institute of Science, The Hebrew University and The Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Each institute offer different scholarship and financial aid for their international students based on their economical background and academical background so i advise you to contact them directly to get more information about the help they can offer you.
