There are a few institutes and school that offer linguistics studies in Israel, among them: The Bar Ilan University, The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University, University of Haifa and the Tel Aviv University.
Each one offers different courses in translation, literature and foreign languages so you'll have to choose the type of course you're looking for before you contact any of them.
