There are a few institutes in Israel that offer special training in agriculture for students and visitors.
Among those institutes: GIMI - Galilee International Management Institute, Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, TAITC - The Arava International Trainee Center and more.
Each institute and school offer a different program, some take two or three weeks and some can take up to 6 months so i've attached a link at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from.
