diploma course for caregivers

As far as I know there is only one organization that conducts courses for caregiving, the name of the organization is Avi- Ad , and you can find more information about it online. Moreover, I know the first step should be finding an agency in Israel for caregivers and they will train you to be a caregiver. You are not required to have a certificate or diploma for it.
If you would like to work at an Israeli hospital, you will have to study for a diploma for up to four years at nursing school.
