I would like to pursue the doctoral degree in the above field in Israel on a scholarship. Are there such opportunities as I am from the Caribbean, and these opportunities in this field do not exist.

You can find this field of studies at the Tel-Aviv University. there are scholarship opportunities for Doctoral studies, but first you need to apply, enroll and fill all admission procedures. the university can refer you to scholarship funds they have.
