I've been looking to study about Israel's image in the media/press and its relationships with new business partners (particularly in China). Which university would be the best for that ? Where do I start ? I have an MA Pacific Asian Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies and an advanced certificate in Public Relations.

Those research interests theoretically exist in all Israeli universities.
What you need to do is send a request about it to all universities using their websites, and they will guide you from there.
