transfer to a higher semester

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am currently studying Medicine in Germany and would like to transfer to a higher semester. The courses I have already passed are all pre-clinical courses such as Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Histology, Biological Chemistry, Physiology, Anatomy etc.
Is there any possibility for a transfer? If so, could you give me some advice about the procedure of application is in this case and which semester I could possibly apply for?
If there is no possibility for a transfer, might there be the possibility to apply for the first year and have some of my courses recognised during my studies?
