My name is Christian Parra and I am writing to you from Santiago, Chile. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and I would like to continue with a PhD in Computing or Computer Science once I finish my current program. I am Jewish and belong to the Ruaj Ami community. I would be interested to know if there are any doctoral programs that might be suitable for my profile.
