I want to apply for the MSc in Neuroscience, but there is no visible link for an application form, and attachment of necessary documents.

I would like to point out that we are not a university, we are a website that provides information on studies in Israel. If you are interested in graduate studies in neuroscience, you can find programs at Tel-Aviv University and Weizmann Institute. You will have to contact these universities directly in order to apply.
