I am interested in attending one of the Ulpan Kibbutzim. I am Shomer Shabbat and Shomer Kashrut. I would like to know more information about this program, and what I can do to start preparing to attend one.

There are more than a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer different Hebrew courses. I suggest you contact the ones that are relevant for you, and check with them if their program suits you.
