Hi, I'm hoping to work for about a year in Israel before I go back to graduate school. I have experience in phlebotomy and I know there is a field for that in Israel. I have a few questions related to this: 1. I am not an Israeli citizen and don't plan on making Aliyah at this point in my life. I plan on getting a work visa, but do you know if I can become certified as a phlebotomist without being an Israeli citizen? 2. If I am certified as a phlebotomist in America, would I still need to take a full course in Israel to become certified there or is there a test or something I can take without having to take the whole course again?
Thanks!

Phlebotomist questions
Hi Melissa Rush,
Unfortunately I don't know if you can work in Israel without being certified here, I suggest you check with the ministry of health.
