Unfortunately its unclear from your message which program you are looking for. If you're looking for a post doc program, in Israel there are a few universities and institutes which offer post doc programs and fellowships, among them: The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, Weizmann Institute of Science, The Ben Gurion University and The Technion. Most institutes offer a two year program in English for candidates that already completed their PhD.
