I’m an Israeli citizen and my Hebrew isn’t good at all but I have to go to college next year, I would like to know which universities or academies offer majority in English B.A programs, im interested in design field most likely in interior building and environmental design, could you help me out?

As far as I know the only program in environmental design is a masters degree for international students.

At the end of my message I added a link to an article with further information about the undergraduate options for international students. I suggest you contact the universities directly and ask them if you can join any of these programs as an Israeli citizen.
