Israel medicine study

Hi, good day. I obtained an undergraduate degree, BSc Physiotherapy (Hons) from the university of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
I want to know if I can use this as an undergrad to get into medicine, how and where I can go about it in israel, in English? Thanks so much, regards
