I am a Moroccan resident doctor who has been accepted into a medical training program in interventional cardiology at the Shamir Center in Tel Aviv. I am reaching out to inquire if you have any suggestions or ideas on how I can secure a scholarship or grant to finance my fellowship. Thank you for your assistance.

I suggest you check with the hospital if they offer any financial aid or grants to international students.
I also suggest you check with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if you are eligible for a scholarship.
