As far as I know, the only program from those you have mentioned that might fit an international student is in computer sciences.

As far as I know, The IDC College (Herzliya) is currently the only academic institution that offers a complete track in English. There used to be an English program in the Technician Institue in Haifa but I suggest double-checking that.

In order to apply, The applicants must submit copies of their high school Diploma. If you've already completed one year of college or university, you'll have to hand in a high school diploma and a transcript of your higher education studies.
