Questions about the Psychology B. A.

Hello! How are you? My name is Gisele. I'm 30 years old and I'm an olah Chadasha from Brazil. I am interested in doing the Psychology B. A., but I have a few questions about it. I already have a B. A. in Social Communications and Marketing from Brazil, so should I still present a High school diploma or an university one should suffice? And about the 2 recommendations, should be from whom? Also, the essa should be how many characters long, and how much is the course? And when does it begin? I should present the resulta of TOEFL as well, right? When? How do I proceed?
