Hello Adriana,

In my opinion, because you will spend only two weeks in Israel in a very specific time frame, you will have to hire a private teacher or apply for a private course at a language school. We have of course Berlitz which is an international school so you probably know him and we have a few Ulpan programs: Ulpan Kibbutzim that takes place in no less than 8 different kibbutzim in Israel, The Hebrew University, Levinsky College and more.
Some of the programs offer housing and some help you find a housing solution so don't worry about that.
Some of the programs are in Tel Aviv, some in other place but never too far sa we have a relatively small country.
Keep in mind Ulpan is mostly for those who plan Aliyah so they might not fit.
