Hi! I am in my fourth year of psychology at IDC and last year I did a track in criminology and really loved it so this year my feildwork is volunteering for a year at GEHA. I am starting to think about a masters or a PsyD program but I want to stay in Israel, so I was wondering if I can do that only with the masters or if I need a PsyD and maybe if you know which schools have programs for psychology? I am interested in working in a psych ward or in a prison or with people at risk or youth at risk. Maybe you know somebody I can talk to you if not you, but I would love any and all advice. The issue is I think I would have a lot of trouble doing a masters all in Hebrew, but when it comes to talking, I am fully fluent. I can also read and write, but taking tests would be challenging.

Psychology degrees in Israel
Hello Alex,
As far as I know, there are no international MA programs in psychology in Israel and the local programs are entirely in Hebrew so you might want to consider taking a year or two and spend them on Hebrew studies as you will also have to pass several tests in Hebrew in order to be accepted to this program. As you are a fluent Hebrew reader, I'm attaching a link at the end of your message to an article about the different programs the Israeli universities offer and admission.
