Sustaining studies and work in Israel

Hello.

My name is Cesar and I'm from Sweden. By march, I'll be a certified chef. However, I'd like to study to become a psychologist or professional video/film editor in Israel.

So my question is; will I be able to work in Israel while studying either of these courses, and for how long?
