Looking for an advanced IT related training

Shalom. I am a graduate of agro-economist but have been a professional digital business manager for over 7 years. Back in 2010, i was in Israel for an agricultural training that lasted a year. I am planning on improving my knowledge on the IT field and would love to see a suitable opportunity in Israel for that. This will enable me meet up with some old friends and acquaintance and would strengthen my abilities and skills as a web developer and a digital business manager.
