Dear Sir/Madam. I have a PhD in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA, and is very interested in Biblical Archeology. The International Master's programme seems to be a good option, but perhaps one could pursue a PhD from the start? Would the standard admission criteria/tests be applicable?

I'm not familiar with any specific Biblical Archeology Ph.D. programs. I recommend you to directly contact Tel Aviv university which offers the Master's program and check if there is a possibility like that.
