There are a few programs of Conflict Resolution/Negotiation at the different institutes but most of them last at least more than 6 months or less (1-2 months).

I highly recommend you to contact the following institutions and check for other optional programs that might not be published on their websites :

Tel Aviv University - (Offers 10-month MA programs in Conflict Resolution and Mediation

Hebrew University - offers a Conflict Resolution program for one month.

Bar Ilan University - I'm not sure if their programs are still on but it is best to check.

You can also try and contact Haifa University (Peace and Conflict Studies Track) and Arava Institution.
