In order to find Ph.D. programs, you can try and reach one of the following institutions: The Technion Institute (which offers a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Food Engineering), The Hebrew University (Faculty of agriculture), or the agriculture research organization (Department of Food Science).

Each University offers different programs and admission so I advise you to contact them directly to get more information about what they can offer you.
