Among the Institutions that provide short training in the field of agriculture, you can find MASHAV, the Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others. I highly recommend you to contact those institutions directly and ask for the updated course's status.
