Hi Irit,

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with any courses that combined coding and arts. at least not for international students or in English.

I guess you can find courses like that online or you can try and reach one of the following institutions and check directly with them : ITC college, JCT college, The Academic of Tel Aviv Yafo, Tel Aviv University, Colman College and basically any institute that offers computer science courses and programs for internationals students.
