We are not providing courses or training since we are not an institution but a Forum for counseling. However, I can try and refer you to some institutions that might provide these king of programs :

The coller Faculty of business management (offers different courses although I'm not sure if one of them will be available around may), Yesodot Center (Public Service), Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Public Service), The democratic Institute, and Rothberg International School of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (offers Trauma & Resilience Short-term program).

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others. I highly recommend you to contact those institutions directly and ask for the updated course's status.
