MSc. Plant Sciences

I am a South Sudanese national who have applied for MSc. in Plant Sciences 2022 - 2023 at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on scholarship basis. If successfully selected, students are required to fund their rounds-of-air-tickets, initial living costs and pay some part of tuition fees which shall be repaid at the end of the program. What if I am selected for scholarship and I am able to buy air-tickets and afford initial living costs and can not be able to pay tuition fees deposit costs, will i lose my scholarship or not?
