short courses and other programs

I am a District Planner and Project Officer in the rural settings of my district in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea. I do plan for various projects including the welfare of the disable people from all ages. As the planner and project officer I would like to take up a short course and attend seminars and workshops of disable people and social rehabilitation of neighborhood and drug abuse prevention.
