If I understand correctly, in order to get a master's degree in Israel, I have to apply to the Israeli Ministry of Education to confirm my previous education. Tell me, do I need to do this in person or can I contact by email? Who should I contact ?

Hello Theresa,

You can most defiantly contact them via email - just go on their website and send them a question through the contact us link or try to find the page about the enrollment of international students.
Another way is asking for help from the school in which you wish to study.
