Hello,I live in Israel but I came from Africa,I would like to ask if there are short courses for foreigners,and how much it can cost

There are a few institutions in Israel that offer different degree programs for international students, among them The IDC College in Herzliya which offers a bachelor's degree program in computer sciences (CS).

You can find more information about the program in the link I've attached for you at the end of my message and for any schedule examples and other questions, I advise you to contact the school directly through their website.
