In Israel, there are a few universities and institutes which offer
B.A programs in business management. among them: IDC Herzliya, Jerusalem College of Technology, Tel Aviv University, and more.

Most of the programs are 3 years long. I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article that gives more information about the tracks and the institutes you can choose from.
