If you are interested in data analyst programs in Israel, as far as I know, there are two institutions that might fit you.

ITC offers a Data science track program. in order to apply to must have a degree in science or technology fields. and you should have knowledge of some programming languages.

another M. Sc program is offered by Ben Gurion University. in order to apply, you must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or science fields.
