There are many programs worldwide that teach social work online, but not all of them are recognized in Israel. As a rule, if the institution is valid, it will be possible to recieve recognition in a formal process. But, if you want to be sure, I suggest going to the Ministry of Labor's website for a full list of the institutions who already got recognized, and look for online programs of these institutions.
