if you're looking for short courses - you can find them in several institutions such as The Hebrew University (MASHAV program), Ben-Gurion University, and Arava International Center.

because of Covid-19, a lot of the courses were canceled, but I think the best will be to try and contact those institutions I mentioned and check the exact details with them.
