Medical school in Israel is not like the countries you know - we don't have a pre-med program and the medical school we offer a full 6-year program all in Hebrew with very high admission.
If you don't speak Hebrew you can try to apply for the English program but it's not the full 6 years - yo must first finish your pre med studies in your country or in the USA or Canada and present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27. you have a chance of getting in to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem that have accepted in the past international students that are not from Canada or the US.
Regarding the tuition - the tuition is different in each school so you'll have to contact the school directly to get this information.
