As far as i know, the Ben Gurion University doesn't offer a master degree in irrigation. The closest program is a Master’s Degree in Hydrology and Water Quality.

The admission for the program includes a BA degree with core courses related to this field but the school is creating a specific curriculum for each student so you'll have to contact the directly for more information.
