What kind of program are you interested in - a master's degree (M.Sc) or short courses?

In Israel, you can find international programs in English in subjects such as fishery and aquaculture as part of tracks in agriculture. M.Sc. degrees usually span 2 years. Students in these programs can include a thesis. You can study these tracks at The Hebrew University or Ben Gurion University.
The short courses usually span 2 - 3 weeks and are practical programs for professionals. They often include workshops and tours.
