Firstly, you have reached a website called "Studying in Israel", we are not a medical school, but we can give you all the information on the different options here in Israel.

In order to apply to medical school in Israel, you will first need to complete your pre-med studies with a high GPA. You will also need to submit essays and show recommendations.

There are a few institutes in Israel where you can study in an international program in English, Ben Gurion offers a program that is available to students from around the globe, whereas the other universities (TAU, Technion and Hebrew University) are only open to US and Canadian citizens.
