You can study economics as part of a business administration degree.

There are a few institutes i Israel which offer special BA programs for international students. Among those you can find a few which offer BA programs in business administration: IDC Hertzelia, The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University and more.

Some of them offer a course or a semester and some offer a full BA program (in English and Hebrew) so iv'e attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different program you can choose from.
