Sir, I am applied for summer program in Israel at Hebrew University but there is no any reply from them about scholarship.

In order to apply for a scholarship in a specific school for a specific programs you have to contact this school - There they would be able to tell you what is going on with your registration status and offer you some information about their different scholarships for international students.
